We strive to process and dispatch your gear as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timeline and cutoff times below to understand when your order will arrive.

Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our packs and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.
Return Policy
- 90-Day Return Window: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0 fee) for eligible returns.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds are credited back to your original form of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
- Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional billing cycle for the funds to appear on your statement.
- Defective Items: If you received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours for a swift replacement or full refund.
