Shipping rates on all orders are based on the merchandise subtotal in a single transaction (pre-tax), before any promotional offers, coupons or discounts are applied. Shipping only available to the continental US. Free Standard Shipping applies to all eligible orders placed on Jansport.com. For Standard Shipping, delivery occurs within 5 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays) with placement of order by 9:00 am CT. Regardless of shipping method chosen, shipment may be delayed due to supply chain issues or other factors beyond JanSport’s control w/o liability. Valid on in-stock merchandise only; not valid on prior purchases. Free returns are subject to certain restrictions; see our Returns Page for details. JanSport reserves the right to cancel orders arising from pricing, promotions, or other errors w/o liability. Void where prohibited.
Delivery Options
Shipping and Delivery days for all methods of shipping are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. If your order is completed before 3pm (ET) it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm (ET) will ship the next shipping day.
- Standard Delivery: Shipped within the continental US via standard home delivery service. You can expect your package 5-7 shipping days after it is shipped.
- Express: Most JanSport orders within the continental US ship via 3-Day service. You can expect your package three full days after the day it ships.
- Overnight: Shipped within the continental US, you can expect your package one full day after it ships.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
Most items are shipped to AK and HI via 2-day service. Delivery days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. If you order before 9am, M-F, your order will ship out the same day. If you order after 9am it will ship the next week day, adding at least one day to your expected arrival date.
Restricted Territories & PO Boxes
US Territories: We don’t currently ship to US Territories, including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Smart Post & PO Boxes: For Security reasons we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Military APO/FPO: JanSport proudly offers shipping via ground to military addresses including APO, FPO, and DPO locations.
International Shipping
We do not ship outside the United States at this time. We do accept international credit cards with international billing addresses, but orders must be shipped to a valid address within the US. You can browse regional collections via our international gateway.
